Who we are

1st Choice Holdings is the asset manager and parent. It builds, owns, and stewards operating businesses, strategic platforms, and long-term investments.

Current holdings include Retail Auctus, 1st Choice Fertilizer, Purr Shell, Plentrove, UPM, and The Governance Agency. We own operating businesses and add to the portfolio when the case for ownership is sound.

We invest with patience, govern with discipline, and build with the expectation that enduring businesses are created over years, not quarters.
